Marketing Department (Singapore)
Responsabilities and description:
- Reporting to Marketing Manager
- Tele-sales position is an important role with one target: generate leads, set appointments with prospects for our sales people or invite them to an specific event.
- 1 month contract with possibility to become permanent depending on achievements. Last telesales joined has been trained and now become one of our Account Managers.
Candidate Requirements
- Able to communicate in English, good negotiation skills, open, active, fast learner and good attitude.
- Open and pro-active attitude, willing to solve issues and improve existing script.
- Good listener, organized and with attention to detail.
- Some customer service or sales experienced preferred.
- Some IT knowledge preferred.
- Standard Word, Outlook and Excel knowledge required.
- Willing to be calling 90% of working time. Other 10% for training, quantification and data base management.

EXPERIENCED ACCOUNT MANAGER (Singapore)
Responsibilities:
- Reporting to the Sales Manager
- Responsible for achieving Sales targets
- Responsible for building business relationship with new and existing customers
- Responsible for the expansion and retention of the business with growth strategies
- Maintain rapport with clients through active follow ups and regular sales visits
- Preparation of quotations, proposals and contracts for customers
- Work closely with cross-functional colleagues within the organization to achieve business objectives
- Responsible for submission of regular and timely opportunity reports
Requirements:
- Min 2 years experience in IT Sales.
- Must be sales driven and able to work in a fast pace environment
- Good communications & organizational skills
- Positive working attitude with minimum supervision
- Preferably able to commence work immediately or within short notice
